Choose Upload documents in the left menu, or Add more documents on your dashboard. Both take you to your upload workspace.
Choose files or drop your bills into the upload area. Start with electricity, gas or fuel bills. Supported travel and activity records can be reviewed too; availability depends on your plan.
When reading finishes, check three things: the source, the amount and unit, and the document coverage dates. Correct anything that was read incorrectly before saving.
If a date looks wrong, open Edit on a resumed draft, or Edit dates on a batch card. Match the dates to your original document. Do not change your company financial year to correct a bill.
Open Document Vault from the left menu. Search for a supplier or document, then choose Edit beside the bill you want to correct.
Edit opens the quantity and coverage dates in the bill row. Check them against your original document, then choose Save, or Cancel to leave it unchanged. A signed-off report keeps its original snapshot; corrections need a new report version.
Open Settings in the left menu. Under Financial year, choose the month your company accounts end, then select Save financial year. Set this once; it is separate from the coverage dates on each bill. Return here only when your company financial year needs changing.
Once your latest changes are saved, open Bid-Ready CRP and choose Generate CRP to create an updated Carbon Reduction Plan using your latest saved data. Check the reporting period and review the new version. An earlier signed-off version is not automatically replaced.
After saving, use Document Vault to review, edit or delete a document. Set your company financial year once in Settings. Use the dashboard to view the reporting year you need.
